Smoked In-House BBQ

It's Texas - of course we take our BBQ very seriously here at Boom! We smoke our BBQ in-house in a top-of-the-line Southern Pride Rotisserie Smoker. This gas fired wood burning model is designed to provide the most consistent cook, flavor, and texture for a wide variety meats every single time.

Marana's Italian Pizza

Each pizza is baked in our stone fired Marana Forni pizza oven at a piping hot 700 degrees. Our special recipe is slowly proofed over 24 hours and yields a stronger, less doughy crust than the Neapolitan pies you may be familiar with. Our Northern Italian pies can properly hold a variety of gourmet ingredients while still bragging a crisp, thin crust.
